Industrial Crane Electrification Options
There are several options when it comes to powering your crane. Read a brief description of the different electrification systems and controls below or contact us to discuss the best options for powering your bridge crane, trolley hoist or monorail system.
-
Festoon Systems - flat, insulated cable that carries a power supply across a bridge crane, runway, or monorail, for use both indoors & outdoors, and for hazardous locations.
-
Conductor Bar - supplies electrification to a crane through an insulated bar installed along the bridge or runway, it's cost effective, easy to install, durable, and safe.
-
Cable Reels - power cable is stored wound on a reel and released for use as needed, either by spring return or by a motorized reel.
-
Radio Controls - a wireless remote transmitter sends a signal to a receiver mounted on the crane to direct movement on the crane, trolley and/or hoist.
- Pendant Controls - handheld remote controller that's hard wired directly to the crane and offers control of the crane, trolley and/or hoist.
