OSHA Operator Training for Hoists & Overhead Cranes
Shupper-Brickle’s Operator Training Course teaches the skills needed to operate hoists and overhead crane equipment efficiently and to avoid injury. We offer hands-on operation and classroom instruction for New Jersey, NYC, parts of Pennsylvania, Delaware and eastern Maryland. The training course, for groups of up to 10 employees, reviews fundamentals, such as crane terminology and hand signals, and provides the guidelines for daily inspections. We also teach proper crane and hoist operation techniques and examine OSHA and ANSI regulations.

Crane & Hoist Operator Training Course Information
Shupper-Brickle provides full course literature to each participant, including a course outline, a copy of OSHA & ANSI regulations, and a “How to” booklet. To ensure results, Shupper-Brickle tests each student with a written exam and requires a demonstration of their ability to operate a crane, plus attach and move a load properly. A certificate of completion is provided to each student who completes these tests successfully and all test results are provided to the employer. The class will last 5-6 hours and varies based on the number of participants and their experience levels.
