Lift Table Models & Features
Lift Products Inc’s industrial lift tables are available in a variety of capacities and sizes to accommodate ergonomic needs in the workplace. Lifting capacities range from 1,100 lbs (light duty) to 6,000 lbs (heavy weight). Most models fold to a lowered height of around 8" and are commonly loaded by forklift, walk behind stacker, conveyor or crane. Stainless steel lift tables are available for foodservice and pharmaceutical clean room applications.
- Standard lift tables: capacity between 2,000 and 6,000 lbs, have a lowered height around 7", vertical travel of 24" to 60" and platform widths of 24" to 72", can be customized to fit specific requirements such as tapered toe guards for pit mounting as well as caster frame assemblies.
- Mobile lift tables (also called lift carts): come in a number of different powered and non-powered varieties. Both the vertical and horizontal motion can be manual, fully electric or a combination of the two.
- Rotating lift tables: commonly referred to as work positioners, are used in applications where access to all sides of the load is required. While a rotating top can be mounted to a standard lift table, lifts of this designation have been specifically designed to incorporate a rotating platform and feature reduced lowered heights.
- Low profile lift tables: used in applications where the lowered height is critical, ramping on to or off of the platform is required and a pit mounted solution is not feasible. With lowered heights around 3", the platform is accessible by use of a standard pallet jack. The constraints of a low-profile design do not allow for heavy duty or high cycle applications.
- Stainless steel lift tables: use in wash down applications, primarily in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Depending on the specific conditions of the application, a combination of stainless steel, special paints and other materials are used to meet the right combination of corrosion resistance and cost.
- High-capacity lift tables: have a weight capacity above a standard lift table. Our Max-Lift XL is offered with an 8,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity and features extra thick scissor arms, large low-pressure cylinders and additional support structures.
- Ground entry lift tables: used in applications where ground level access to the platform is required and a ramp is not suitable for the working environment either due to tripping hazard concerns or confined spaces.
- Tilting lift tables: commonly found in parts handling and assembly applications where a container having loose parts is lifted to an ergonomic height and then tilted toward the operator. This reduces the bending and stretching motions. Available with tilt of up to 90 degrees.
- Tandem lift tables: pair a standard lift with one or more additional lifts either length or width wise to accommodate extra-large loads as well as increased edge and side load capacities for applications with either non-uniform weight distribution or rolling weights.
- Multi-stage lift tables: are lifts that stack either one pair of scissor arms on top of one another or an entire lift table on top of one another. This is done in order to achieve increased vertical travel while maintaining small platform sizes.
